Rashida originates from sunny south Florida and is a graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations and graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s in Business Administration. Rashida has almost 20 years of experience managing licensed professionals on interdisciplinary treatment teams. A licensed clinician (LCDC) in the state of Texas and licensed as a Certified Addictions Professional in the state of Florida (CAP) Rashida has dedicated her life to helping people and has dedicated her education and experience to managing people who directly serve those in need. Rashida is an expert in policy and procedures as she consults with organizations who need assistance with preparation in this area and her management expertise include: processes, systems, functions, and outcomes. Rashida’s passion is to help under-served populations and be a servant in any way possible.
